ATMOS uses the 'remaining reports' value to indicate how many reports can still be run in the 24 hour period. The value is stored server-side and is reset once every 24 hours.
All licenses are reset to their licensed level at 12:00 PM EST (1:00 PM EDT) and take up to 5 minutes to propagate. Please contact support only if this time has passed and the reports have not reset to licensed levels.
When ATMOS shows you are out of reports or 'Remaining Reports' is 0, no new routine reports will be generated. It is important to know why this may have happened. ATMOS may have run out of reports due to excessive testing or manual reports by the user, excessive IPAWS alert activation, or improper command usage in an automation or playout system issuing unintended commands to generate a new report.
If you believe you have run out of reports prematurely or your license has not reset to licensed levels at the time mentioned above, please feel free to contact our support team by submitting a ticket at our support page. Please note, our support technicians are not able to reset a license with the exception of system wide issues.
